These photographs offer clear evidence that women are assuming prominent roles in the profession. 

The first woman President of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York was Barbara Paul Robinson (1994-1996), pictured here with Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Roberta Cooper Ramo, the first women President of the American Bar Association (1995).

In the color photograph above, Barbara Paul Robinson is shown at the unveiling of her presidential portrait in the Meeting Room at the House of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
